What is your universal truth? What determines the person you honestly are?

The What-if’s, Should-have’s, and If-only’s are everywhere. They plague the mind with skepticism and regret. They tend to enforce false ideas and, hypothetically, failure in one’s self-growth. What I intend to say by this is that every individual has disputed themselves with these questions and phrases at least once. This even includes the heroes or greatest of people.
